Privacy
Royal Reels takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what information we collect, why we need it, and how you can control it. It also covers responsible gambling tools, account rules, and your rights under Australian privacy law.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. If you feel it is becoming a problem, help is available.
You can set the following limits in your account settings:
- Deposit limits: cap how much you can deposit over 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days - Loss limits: restrict net losses during a set period - Session time limits: end your session after a chosen duration - Reality checks: receive pop-up reminders at intervals you choose - Cooling-off periods: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days - Self-exclusion: close your account for a minimum of six months
Any reduction in limits applies immediately. Increases take 24 hours to activate, giving you time to reconsider.
Signs that gambling may be causing harm include chasing losses, lying about how much you spend, or using gambling to escape stress. These are common and nothing to be ashamed of. Free, confidential support is available through Gambler’s Help services across Australia. They offer phone, online chat, and face-to-face counselling.
Accounts are only open to people aged 18 and over. We verify age and identity during registration. If you share a device with minors, consider using parental control software like Net Nanny or built-in screen time controls to block access.
Account Terms and Fair Play
Only one account per person is allowed. You must be at least 18 years old and living in a location where online gambling is permitted.
Before your first withdrawal, we will ask for documents to confirm your identity, address, and payment method. This is standard practice under anti-money laundering rules and helps protect your account.
Bonuses come with terms: wagering requirements, game eligibility, expiry dates, and maximum cashout amounts. Trying to abuse bonus offers, such as creating multiple accounts or placing risk-free bets, will void any bonus and may lead to account restrictions.
Inactive accounts (no logins for 12 months) may be closed. We will email you before this happens so you can reactivate if needed.
Cheating, collusion, use of bots, or filing false chargebacks breaches our terms. Such actions may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
If you have a complaint that we do not resolve to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to your state or territory gaming regulator.
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post a notice on the site and, for major changes, email you directly.
